I am currently in mourning for the loss of Fringe!
I have to limit myself to having 3 shows on the go at any given moment or I wouldn't get anything else done [ask Beth how quickly I motored through True Blood], so at the moment I'm watching Seinfeld, Castle and about to start Breaking Bad so we can geek out about it together.
TV shows I couldn't live without: Twin Peaks, The X Files, Buffy, Star Trek, Firefly, Fringe, Father Ted, 3rd Rock From The Sun, Spaced, The Muppet Show and ER.
On the weekend, my Boy and I always watch cartoons with breakfast, and that will invariably be either Batman, Justice League or South Park. No matter how many times we've seen the episode.

It is ridiculous how quickly Riv motored through True Blood! I was seriously impressed.
I'm not watching much TV at the moment because I haven't got enough time. I am watching Dexter on Netflix though, where I'm getting through 2 or 3 episodes a night on the evenings where I get to relax. I'm also watching The Big Bang Theory though I'm getting progressively annoyed with it. Waterloo Road on BBC 1 is my Thursday night show - mainly for Tom Clarkson who I'm a little bit in love with.
I got Community and Game of Thrones for Christmas so I really want to watch those, and my friend let me borrow The West Wing last year so I really need to get around to that! I started watching Breaking Bad but only got to about episode 5, so I might restart it when you guys watch because I really do want to get into it.
My favourite show of all time will always be The X-Files though. I'm currently listening to episodes in work when I'm doing admin stuff and it's scary how well I know it - I can see what's happening even when I'm just listening to dialogue.

Hu, unfortunately, french TV is so lame that I got used to not watching it. Best part of it is forein tv shows, but they usually come late and with awful dubbing that makes you cry. As I enjoy them, I try to watch some when given the occasion. I followed House MD, NCIS, Stargate SG-1, Battlestar Galactica, TBBT, Game of Thrones... Last one I watched was Sherlock, and I can't wait for the next season ! I think that my next one will be Doctor Who. On the cartoons side, I'm mostly into japanimation, but I also enjoy the Batman and X-men from the 90's, the animaniacs, and the Looney Toons.

I can do that exact same thing for X Files Season 3 in it entirety, and for most episodes in each season up to 6. 7 is where they lost me. Simply because one of my favourite things about The X Files was that they were equal up to that point. They were a twosome, and Scully was in no way his romantic prize to be won and kept, and TV twosomes operate in many other series. I found it refreshing, and became too important to me to allow me to be happy with them monkeying with it [as I saw it] later on.
Let's watch Breaking Bad together. I'll even keep pace. I've never watched a TV show from the start for the first time with anyone else before.

I find it easiest to make lists at the moment, for some reason! Stuff I've liked over the past few years: Doctor Who, Mythbusters, Community, Leverage, White Collar, Burn Notice, Spooks S1-3, Thundercats (reboot), Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated Old stuff: Star Trek: TNG, Columbo, early West Wing, XF/The Lone Gunmen
I'm currently watching Daria for the first time ever, and have started watching Avatar: The Last Airbender, too! Also, I watch a load of random documentaries on BBC iPlayer because that's...oddly, my sort of popcorn viewing.

I'd so love to watch Breaking Bad together! We could have a thread for it. I have watched episode one some months ago and part of episode two, but didn't quite get into it. I'll try again though!
I also hope to see Community soon, I've heard so many great things about it.

Watching Breaking Bad together on a thread in here sounds like a good idea!

done, then. We're all watching Breaking Bad together, it's decided. Should we have an allotted night of the week? Or just a day for us all to check in about it? Rhi, I love watching Carl Sagan/David Attenborough/Joseph Campbell docs at the end of the evening. I get to fall asleep being told stories about how the world works, it's awesome Katshimmy, is Bones worth me checking out, or is simply joyous eye-popcorn?

Lucy, Community isn't without its problematic bits, and it does start slow (you need to watch about six episodes to get into it), but bearing that in mind, it's fab.
Riven, oh yes. iPlayer had a load of Attenborough in the last few months, but right now there's a series on the nature and people of Arabia that's narrated by the awesome Alexander Siddig which is quite good too!

I have a really bad habit of falling in love with shows and then getting upset and disillusioned with them a season or two down the line. Current candidate: Once Upon A Time. I mean, I do still really like it, but it's started skating on thinner ice...
I loved the first season of Breaking Bad, but then I don't know why I stopped watching it, I think it got kinda stressful (lol, yes, I know that's the point!) and I couldn't hack it alone. A thread might help...

Hey, for those wanting to watch breaking bad, I haven't seen it either, so if we book a day and a number of episodes each time, as one of my flatmates already got them, I can be in too!
