The MSCSI rules are pretty simple and can be summed up in a few words:
Treat everyone with respect.
In a few more words, here's what we mean by that:
It's okay to have differing opinions - we welcome dialogue and discussion! But there's no reason to show disrespect to anyone here. If you see a post you don't agree with you can either reply saying (calmly) why you don't agree with it, or ignore it.
Personal attacks simply won't be tolerated, regardless of who started it or why. Attacks include things like name calling, threats, abusive replies or PMs among others. If you have a problem with another member, posting about it publically isn't the way to deal with it. Personal disputes need to be handled in private, via PM or - if you feel uncomfortable with that - with the help of an admin.
Inappropriate, negative, or abusive posts on the board will be taken down. This includes all forms of hate speech, sexism, racism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia and generally anything that is offensive or hateful.
The first instance of inappropriate behaviour will result in a warning; the second with a week long ban; and the third with an indefinite ban. Trust me when I say we really don't want to implement any of those, so be awesome, Cat Pople, and remember the world runs on brain smooches, not hate.

You should add Ableism to your list of don't do "'isms." Doubly so since this is a super hero comic so its more likely to come up.
