So I thought I'd start a thread discussing the baddies and here are my thoughts so far- I say thoughts, but this is actually more wild speculation.
Doll Eye's: I'm assuming this name comes from the plant, something backed up by Cat's 1st mind map. A quick google search comes up with the information that the plant is actually very toxic to human beings. So a very relevant name for the villains, it's also a very creepy looking plant. Also the plant is poisonous because it affects the heart- symbolic somehow? (maybe suggesting Doll's Eyes can attack the heart of Gloria City?)
Carnival: Seems to be Urbanite's main focus, given that we've seen references to him waging 'war without end'. I'm kind of going for the idea that Carnival is like the character of the Joker, just going by the names.
Also I'm thinking that Carnival is one person but Doll's Eyes is more of a group thing. Basing that on the first attack we see, there's a person wearing an explosive device, but there's been more than 1 attack- suggesting Doll's Eyes is more than 1 person (also note the plural of the name but the singular of Carnival).
The person wearing the explosive device had a bio-hazard symbol on them. Usually the symbol is black but this one was green- ecological or something?- that would fit in with the fact they named themselves after a plant and are attacking a city.
A biohazzard symbol alerts to something dangerous to health and as noted before Doll's Eyes is toxic to humans- a link maybe?
Anyway, like I said this is just wild speculation but I think these characters will be interesting to discover more about!
